REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Please complete the registration form and return with deposit in US funds. Balance is due at check in. Registrations are accepted in order of postmark date. Registrations must be received by June 16th so sufficent facilities can be reserved. Registration deposits can not be refunded for cancellations received after June 16th. Part-time registrations will be accepted after full time registrations are accommodated, provided space is available. Individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian age 25 or older. An emergency medical authorization form must also be provided. Please, no walk-ins. Registration is required for all those attending even when not staying overnight on campus. All attendees including day visitors must register before entering the campus.

These rates are for 8 nights accommodation and 24 meals.

HOUSING
Housing consists of modern domitory style rooms with shared bathroom facilities on each floor. Buildings are air-conditioned and have elevator access. Linens are included. The majority of rooms are singles. We expect that most of the double and triple rooms will be utilized by families with small children. Each residence has multiple common rooms available for fellowship and gathering space, and has laundry facilities available.

GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Check-in time on Saturday is 2 - 5 pm. Checkout time on Sunday is after lunch. If you plan to arrive late or leave early, please note it on the registration form.
  • Nursery facilities provided for ages 2 and under.
  • Dining hall is cafeteria style with a wide variety of food choices available at each meal.
  • Recreation activities include volleyball, tennis, basketball, swimming, crafts and more.
  • Crafts and handmade items will be for sale to help defray the costs of the school. Please consider donating your handiwork.
  • We also need items or services donated for the "Fellowship Auction".
